GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION

Artist Alley

Each table space at K-PLAY! FEST is meant for one (1) artist only.
Adult Material cannot to be sold in table spaces.
Weapons cannot to be sold in table spaces.
Registration Fee includes two (2) 2-day passes, one 6-foot table and two chairs. Electricity, internet, or tablecloth will NOT be provided.

Vendor Hall

Anyone or any business caught selling or distributing counterfeit merchandise will be promptly removed from event grounds without prior warnings nor refunds.
- Merchandise featuring stolen art is considered as bootlegged merch.
Vendors shall refrain from conducting or participating in games for money or other personal property, the operation of gambling devices, the conduct of a lottery or pool, or the selling or purchasing of lottery tickets at, on, in, or about the event grounds. Hosting programming and services that pertain to gambling/luck of the draw are prohibited. Examples would include the following:
- Attendees purchasing raffle tickets for the chance to win a brand new gaming console.
- Attendees paying money to participate in a luck of the draw-type of chance gaming.
Registration Fee includes four (4) 2-day passes, one 8-foot table and two chairs. Electricity, internet, or tablecloth will NOT be provided.

General Information
- Artist Alley Table & Vendor Booth purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may not be sold, shared, or given away.
- Adult Material cannot to be sold in table spaces.
- Any space not claimed and occupied two hours prior to the show opening will be considered a "No-Show". Any "No-Show" space(s) may be resold or reassigned without refund. Artist Alley Table & Vendor Booth must be staffed by an authorized representative during all show hours. Each exhibit must be open for the full duration of official show hours. Lost spaces cannot be reclaimed.
- Sharing or subletting space is not allowed.
- Please add our email logistics@kplayfest.com to your contacts to avoid our emails ending up in spam. We recommend checking your spam folder in the case that our emails accidentally get filtered there.
