Thank you so much for your support & interest in being a Fanclub at K-PLAY! FEST Los Angeles 2027, happening at the Fairplex. Please be sure to read all details before filling out our Fanclub Application.

EVENT INFORMATION: K-PLAY! FEST Los Angeles 2027

+Location: Pomona Fairplex | 1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona, CA 91768
+ Dates: January 16-17, 2027
+ Event Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM PST

Please be advised that applying does NOT guarantee acceptance as a Fanclub at K-PLAY! FEST Bay Area 2027.

• We cannot provide any additional event information at this time, other than the information listed above, as the event is far in advance

GENERAL NOTICES & GUIDELINES

• K-PLAY! FEST will provide a 10x10 Booth indoor booth space dedicated to each Fanclub Meetup session. Additionally, one 8 ft table and two chairs will be provided.

• Electricity and Internet will NOT be provided, as these are venue-specific. If you’d like to purchase electricity and/or internet, please contact info@kplayfest.com for more information.

• Fanclubs are STRICTLY prohibited from making sales during Fanclub Meetups.

• Please be mindful of any noise and spacing during your Fanclub Meetup, as the Fanclub Booth will be nearby other vendors in our hall.

• Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
