AVAILABLE POSITIONS
LOGISTICS INTERN
Our Logistics Interns are responsible for planning everything from the schedule of our events to inviting our major partners. Logistics Interns are key to ensuring all parties are well informed on what’s going on at our events. In addition, our Logistics Interns are the go-to people during the day of our events, as all programming and activities will be planned by the Logistics Team.
The ideal candidate for this position is well-organized, communicative, professional, and a quick-learner.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Learn & help with event operations, planning, and organizing through active communication and engagement with our participants
Prepare, review, and finalize programming documents for internal and external usage.
Brainstorm new, innovative programming ideas relevant to K-Pop and Korean culture for our stages and convention
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with sponsors, performers, influencers, and other event participants.
Provide on-site support during event days by answering attendee questions and assisting in hands-on tasks
Comfortable reaching out via email/phone calls professionally.
Learn team coordination and collaboration when working closely with the marketing team.
MARKETING INTERN
Our Marketing Interns are responsible for all things related to the K-PLAY! FEST public brand. Besides being familiar and comfortable with social media platforms and trends, our Marketing Interns also get familiar with basic graphic design skills and learn more about building the image of a brand.
The ideal candidate for this position is creative, outgoing, personable, professional, and a quick-thinker.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Help with graphic designs, content creation, copywriting & social media management for Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok. Will also be helping us grow our online presence!
Create fun, innovative content to promote both K-PLAY! FEST as a brand and our events.
Coming up with Marketing campaigns with Marketing Team to streamline the event process.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva is required. Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere is not necessary but preferred.
GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
Our Graphic Design Interns are responsible for all things related to the K-PLAY! FEST brand. Graphic Design Interns are responsible for creating graphics and branding for K-PLAY! FEST and think outside the box!
The ideal candidate for this position is creative, professional, efficient, and a quick problem solver.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Help with graphic designs for Social Media
Create visuals for our stage and event flyers
Create fun, innovative content to promote our brand and our events.
INTERNSHIP INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS
Internship Type: Project Based & Un-paid. School credit is offered if applicable.
Location: USA/SoCal based (as you are expected to work in office)
Dates: This internship starts mid-September 2025, and ends mid-January 2026.
Hours: at least 15-20 hours a week, plus a weekly 1-hour staff meeting
Hours may increase as we get closer to an event.
Please expect some work to take place outside of your scheduled hours.
Must be 18+ years old by the time of submission
Enrollment in accredited college or university OR graduated within the last 6 months
Previous customer service experience preferred.
