Ticket transfers and/or proxy buying are NOT permitted. (Example: Buyer name and pick-up name not matching)

Terms and Conditions
1) In order to attend Sunkis’ performance and fan engagements, you MUST have both:
A ticket for K-PLAY! FEST OC 2025
A ticket for Sunkis’ performance
2) Only the original buyer of the tickets can check-in. If buying for a group, please make sure ENTIRE GROUP IS PRESENT at check-in time.
If purchasing for a minor, please ensure that the legal guardian is with the minor at time of check-in, and that the information matches the guardian’s ID.
Both your ticket name and ID name MUST MATCH exactly.
3) Any instances of transferring/proxy buying, or handing off IDs for another attendee to pick up and use tickets with may be subject to blacklist for all future programming.
4) Lost credentials will NOT be replaced.
Once credentials are claimed, they are the responsibility of each respective attendee. This, in addition to our non-refund policy, lost credentials fall under being non-refundable.
5) Failure to arrive on-time for your designated programming activity may result in cancellation of participation without refund.
6) Tickets are both non-transferable and non-refundable.
7) Convention staff reserve the right to interrupt & cutoff programming session(s) that overextend well past the amount of time originally given.
8) Any misconduct and/or violent aggression shown towards the Artist and/or our staff will result in an immediate cancellation of the meet & greet, along with a permanent ban from future programming.
9) Photos & Video permissions vary, please ask staff at the event for confirmation.
10) Gift permissions vary, please ask staff at the event for confirmation.
