Upon arriving at the event, teams participating in Tech Rehearsal will receive their performer wristbands before their scheduled rehearsal time. If your team chooses not to participate in Tech Rehearsal, please check in at our Info Booth at least 2 hours before your performance to receive your wristbands.
Please have the whole team present when receiving your wristbands, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. We cannot replace any lost wristbands, and sharing wristbands with unapproved personnel is strictly prohibited.
After checking in and receiving wristbands, performers are free to look around the event until K-PLAY! OFFs. Performers must be backstage 30 minutes before their performance to check in with stage management, stretch, get all materials prepared, etc.
Performers must present wristbands to enter the backstage area. Any personnel who enters or tries to enter the backstage area without proper credentials will be escorted out and may get banned from future events.
Props can be temporarily stored backstage only on the day of your performance and must be removed after your performance. Props must be labeled with the performer's name and phone number. Any props left after the day may be tossed away.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any additional tickets other than to the performance team members. Thank you for your understanding.
Our media team is not capable of filming every performance, and, therefore, we cannot promise footage of your performance. We would highly recommend having a designated person to film your performance from the audience area.
If they receive a Press Pass, they may be allowed backstage. Any personnel with media equipment without a proper credential will be escorted out of the backstage area.
The Santa Clara Convention Center does not provide free WIFI. It is not guaranteed they will have reliable service, so we recommend having hard copies or USB drives with any digital files you may need.
All approved performers will be sent electronic tickets at least one week before the event.
Tickets will only be provided to those performing. Any other personnel on your team must purchase general admission tickets.
