The K-PLAY! FEST staff is committed to creating an unforgettable festival experience for casual and hardcore K-pop fans alike to gather in celebration of their love for the beloved music genre. However, to properly carry out our 2-day Kpop event, we need the assistance of passionate, dedicated individuals like yourself!

Most tasks assigned to volunteers do not require prior work/volunteer experience. From helping out with check-in, to assisting the K-PLAY! FEST staff with special tasks, or going on special errands, we’re looking for volunteers who are as enthusiastic about seeing tasks to fruition as they are about Kpop!

EVENT INFORMATION:

K-PLAY! FEST Bay Area 2026

+Location: Santa Clara Convention Center 5166 Stars and Stripes Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054
+ Dates: July 18-19, 2026
+ Event Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM PST

VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES:

1. You MUST be 15+ years old to apply.

2. Volunteers are required to attend our Volunteer Orientation on July 10th at 5 PM PST on Google Meet. More information will be emailed to you once your registration is approved.

3. Due to limited availability, we will NOT be able to provide parking passes for the Santa Clara Convention Center. Please consider taking public transportation, carpooling, or being dropped off at the event. K-PLAY! FEST is not responsible for travel, parking, or accommodations and will not be compensating for any of the aforementioned items.

4. Volunteers are strongly discouraged from cancelling their shift 24 hours before the event weekend. Any volunteer that cancels late may be prohibited from volunteering from a future K-PLAY! FEST event.

5. Please help promote a safe and healthy environment while volunteering. Refrain from any deliberate acts that may create danger or an unhealthy situation towards any individual. This includes the use of illegal drugs, consumption of alcoholic beverages, assaulting another individual, or disregarding their safety. If you know anyone who might be under the influence or conducting bad behavior, please report to K-PLAY! FEST staff or security.

6. Be sure to treat your fellow staff/volunteer members and the convention attendees with respect.

7. Gentle reminder that registration does NOT guarantee acceptance of your Volunteer application.

For completing one volunteer shift during the event weekend, you will be reimbursed for the day(s) you volunteered at K-PLAY! FEST Bay Area 2026.

• If you plan on Volunteering for only one day, please only purchase a ONE-DAY pass. Weekend passes will not be reimbursed if you volunteered only one day.
