Below you will find information to register for a vendor space at K-PLAY! FEST Bay Area 2026.

K-PLAY! FEST VENDOR GUIDELINES & POLICIES
VENDOR LOCATIONS
Vendor locations will be assigned by K-PLAY! FEST staff, prioritizing based on time of purchase. Vendors from a previous 2025 and/or 2026 K-PLAY! FEST event will have priority over new K-PLAY! FEST vendors and those who signed up through our Vendor Interest Form. Our team will try our best to accommodate to any requests, however, it’s not guaranteed every request can be granted. For any ADA accommodations, please email info@kplayfest.com.
All vendor locations will be sent out at least two weeks before the event. Changes will not be accommodated once all vendors have been notified of their location, we thank you for your understanding.
K-PLAY! FEST GUIDELINES
All K-PLAY! FEST vendors must have at least 50% K-POP or K-Culture (K-Drama, Manhwa, etc) related merchandise. Special circumstances and exceptions may apply at the discretion of the K-PLAY! FEST team.
All K-PLAY! FEST vendors are strictly prohibited from selling any products with profanity or suggestive themes. Additionally, K-PLAY! FEST does not condone the use of AI artwork or selling any counterfeit or stolen products. Vendors who violate these guidelines may be subject to removal and banned from K-PLAY! FEST events.
GENERAL NOTICES
ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. SHARING OR SUBLEASING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Parking, Electricity, Internet, etc. are not included in vendor fees. For more information about these services and fees, please email logistics@kplayfest.com.
Vendors shall refrain from conducting or participating in games for money or other personal property, the operation of gambling devices, the conduct of a lottery or pool, or the selling or purchasing of lottery tickets at, on, in, or about the event grounds.
Any space not claimed and occupied two hours prior to the show opening will be considered a "No-Show". Any "No-Show" space(s) may be resold or reassigned without refund. Artist Alley Table & Vendor Booth must be staffed by an authorized representative during all show hours. Each exhibit must be open for the full duration of official show hours. Lost spaces cannot be reclaimed.
