Thank you so much for your support & interest in vendoring at K-PLAY! FEST LA 2026 (Los Angeles)! Please make sure to read all details before joining the waitlist to be a Vendor at our event.

+ Location: Pomona Fairplex (2705 Fairplex Dr, Pomona CA 91768)
+ Dates: January 17th - 18th, 2026
+ Event Hours: 10am - 7pm PST, Saturday & Sunday
📝 GENERAL NOTICES
+ Merchandise MUST have at least 50% K-Culture-related items. (K-POP, KDRAMA, etc.) Special cases apply, please email logistics@kplayfest.com for inquiries.
+ There is a fee to Vendor! Electricity & Internet is not included in booth fees, as they are handled by other companies.
+ No refunds or exchanges are allowed for this event.
+ Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
+ Vendor applications are reviewed in a first come, first serve basis.
⚠️ Please note that while spaces are sold out, if any spaces become available we will be emailing those who join the waitlist the information, and spaces will be first come, first serve.
