  • Exhibitor services such as Electricity and Internet ordering are through the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Please refer to the following forms for ordering instructions.

    Electricity is available to purchase here. The deadline for advanced pricing is October 25, 2025.

    On-Site Internet Services are available for purchase here. The deadline for advanced pricing is TBA.
