Ticket Information:
Credential Pick Up
All wristbands will be available for pick up at the K-PLAY! FEST Info Booth at Booth KG10 and KG11 starting from August 30th at 10 AM until August 31st at 11:00 AM.
As a reminder, you must have an ID with a name that matches the name of the original buyer/the name the ticket was made under.
1:1 Photo Op - 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Fans can begin lining up for the 1:1 Photo Session at 10:30 AM in the K-PLAY! FEST Hall.
Please be sure to have your wristband ON as security will be checking for proper credentials in the line and during the session.
Fans will have one (1) minute maximum per session. Please be respectful of the Artist, our staff and other fans by exiting once you are informed your time is up.
Gifts are subject to approval by the Artist team and are not guaranteed to be accepted. Please confirm with the KP!F staff on site.
Soundcheck - 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM
VVIP & VIP ticket holders can begin lining up outside the Main Stage for Soundcheck at 1:30 PM.
Two separate lines will be formed to allow VVIP in before VIP.
Staff will be there to distinguish and organize each line.
Please be sure to have your wristband ON as our staff will be checking for proper credentials.
Doors will open at 2:00 PM for VVIP & VIP ticket holders to file into the VIP viewing section (in front of GA) for Soundcheck.
Please do not bring large signs that will obstruct others’ view.
Concert - 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Fans with General Admission Tickets can begin lining up for the Sunkis Concert starting at 2:15 PM outside the Main Stage.
Doors will open after Soundcheck at 2:45 PM for General Admission ticket holders to fill into the GA area (behind VIP & VVIP ticket holders).
Please be sure to have your wristband ON as our staff will be checking for proper credentials.
Please do not bring large signs that will obstruct others’ view.

Where can I park?

Prices vary at each parking lot. Please follow event signage and staff for information.
I can’t make it anymore. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
If I’m going to be late, can someone else pick up the ticket on my behalf?
You must have a photo ID that matches the name of the ticket holder when you pick up your credential.
I lost my credential. Can I get a replacement?
Once a credential is claimed, it is the responsibility of each respective attendee and no longer the responsibility of K-PLAY! FEST.
I wasn’t able to pick up my credential on time. Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I film the concert?
Yes, you can film from the audience viewing section!
Please be sure you are not disturbing those around you when filming.
Can I bring a gift for Sunkis?
It is not guaranteed the Artist will allow gifts from fans. Please ask our staff on the day of the event.
Will there be merchandise from the Artist?
Yes! Stop by Booth KG9 right next to our Info Booth in the K-PLAY! FEST Hall to check out the Artist Merchandise.
Can I upgrade my ticket at the event?
Unfortunately, ticket upgrades are unavailable.
