When is the convention?
K-PLAY! FEST is being held on Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th 2024 at the Seattle Convention Center!

What are the event hours?
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST
Where do I get my tickets?
You can purchase your tickets here
We can scan your ticket from your smartphone. However, we recommend that you print them at home for faster entry!
How much are tickets?
$30 for General Admission (GA) Day Pass (Saturday or Sunday)
$40 for General Admission (GA) Weekend Pass
Children age 3 and under are admitted for free per paid adult admission (limit of 1 child per adult please).
Where and how much is parking?
There are two parking lots at the Seattle Convention Center:
Arch Garage (Main Lot)
Entrance: On 8th Avenue between Pike & Seneca Streets;
Address: 1400 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
Hours: 5:30 am - 12:00 am
Freeway Park Garage (Secondary Lot)
Entrance: On Hubbell Place, between Pike & Seneca Streets
Address: 1267 Hubbell Pl, Seattle, WA 98101
Hours: 5:30 am - 8:00 pm

Can I buy tickets on-site?
Tickets can ONLY be purchased online. You can purchase your tickets here.
One Ticket Access? Can I get into ANIME Impulse, Sneaker Expo or Collectors Expo with this ticket?
If you purchased an ANIME Impulse, Sneaker Expo OR Collectors Expo ticket, you will get FREE access to K-PLAY! FEST. Likewise, if you purchased a K-PLAY! FEST ticket, you will also have FREE access to ANIME Impulse, Sneaker Expo, & Collectors Expo!
What is the Return Policy?
Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What am I NOT allowed to bring?
Items not allowed in the park include radios, cassette recorders, sleeping bags, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and coolers.
No outside food items will be allowed to be brought inside the event. Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entrance, at the entrance itself.
Re-entry into the event?
Convenient exit and re-entry is available throughout the day of your visit via a hand-stamp provided upon exit of the event.
Will there be ATM machines?
The Seattle Convention Center is a cashless venue and has no ATM’s on the premises. However, some vendors may still accept cash/other methods of payment.
Where is Lost & Found located?
Lost and Found for K-PLAY! FEST will be located at the INFO Booth.
When is the Random Play Dance happening?
Random Play Dance will be hosted on both days at the K-PLAY! FEST/ANIME Impulse stage located in the Atrium Lobby.

Can I take pictures?
Yes, we recommend you ask permission of guests, before shooting a photo. It’s even better to have them agree to pose for your camera! Please ask vendors if you may take photos of their work.
How do I apply for an Industry Pass?
K-PLAY! FEST offers credentialed published industry professionals, and those in the related industries of k-beauty, k-fashion, Korean music, etc. complimentary admission to the event. Apply for an industry pass HERE.
Once you’ve registered online, please remember to bring samples of your work and/or a business card to the show. We do not offer a guest option – our Industry Press Passes are for professionals only. Deadline to apply is Friday April 19, 2024.
How do I apply for a Media Pass?
Media Passes are available for those interested in taking photography of our event, and are specifically looking for media pit access for our stages.

Do you allow pets and animals inside the event?
Animals are not allowed inside the event with the exception of service animals. Pre-registered & confirmed guest animals will be allowed.
