When is the convention?
K-PLAY! FEST is being held on Saturday, January 17th and Sunday, January 18th 2025 at the Fairplex in Pomona, CA!
Where is the Fairplex?
Home of the LA County Fair, the Fairplex is located in Pomona, California!

What are the event hours?
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Where do I get my tickets?
You can purchase your tickets here
Your tickets will be sent via email from our ticketing partner, Eventim. For event entry, we can scan your ticket from your smartphone. However, we recommend that you print them at home for faster entry!
Where and how much is parking?
There are two parking lots at the Fairplex:
Yellow Lot (Recommended)
Address: 2705 Fairplex Dr, Pomona CA
Price: $20 (Cash or Card accepted)
Blue Lot (Secondary Lot)
Address: 2118 N. White Ave, Pomona CA
Price: $20 (Cash or Card accepted)
Note: Parking fees are unaffiliated with K-PLAY! FEST, ANIME Impulse, Collectors Expo, and Asian American Expo. Prices and locations are subject to change, please see venue staff during the event for more information.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Tickets can ONLY be purchased online. You can purchase your tickets here.
One Ticket Access? Can I get into ANIME Impulse, Collectors Expo or Asian American Expo with this ticket?
If you purchased an ANIME Impulse, Collectors Expo OR Asian American Expo ticket, you will get FREE access to K-PLAY! FEST. Likewise, if you purchased a K-PLAY! FEST ticket, you will also have FREE access to ANIME Impulse, Collectors Expo & Asian American Expo!
What is the Return Policy?
Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What am I NOT allowed to bring?
Items not allowed in the event grounds include radios, cassette recorders, sleeping bags, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and coolers.
No outside food items will be allowed to be brought inside the event grounds. Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entry, at the entrance itself.
Re-entry into the event?
Convenient exit and re-entry is available throughout the day of your visit via a hand-stamp provided upon exit of the event.
Will there be ATM machines?
The Fairplex has some ATM’s on the premises. Please note that some vendors may accept cash/other methods of payment.
Where is Lost & Found located?
Lost and Found for K-PLAY! FEST will be located at the K-PLAY! FEST Info Booth.
When is the Random Play Dance happening?
Random Play Dance will be hosted on both days at the K-PLAY! FEST Stage inside of Hall 7.

Can I take pictures?
Yes, we recommend you ask permission of guests, before shooting a photo. It’s even better to have them agree to pose for your camera! Please ask vendors if you may take photos of their work.
How do I apply for an Press/Industry Pass?
K-PLAY! FEST offers credentialed published industry professionals, and those in the related industries of k-beauty, k-fashion, Korean music, etc. complimentary admission to the event. Apply for an industry pass HERE.
Once you’ve registered online, please remember to bring samples of your work and/or a business card to the show. We do not offer a guest option – our Press/Industry Passes are for professionals only.
As of 2025, K-PLAY! FEST no longer offers a Media Pass. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you allow pets and animals inside the event?
Animals are not allowed inside the event, with the exception of service animals.
